Soham, I Am That

Swamini Chinmayee Devi and Swami Brahmananda

Swamini Chinmayee Devi and Swami Brahmananda of 3 Shanti will discuss "the path to Soham" which refers to a profound spiritual practice. Mantras are considered natural and universal because they align with the subtle sound of the breath itself. They will discuss the "path" which involves turning awareness inward through this mantra to realize one's true nature beyond the ego, mind, and body. It's a direct, simple yet powerful method of self-inquiry and meditation leading to profound results. 11:00a - 11:45a

Sacred Sound Circle, Spiritual Healing, and Discussion

Rev. Anthony Di Benedetto, Rev. Edmund Green

Rev. Anthony Di Benedetto of Healing Harmonics and Rev. Edmund Green Smyle’s Touch invite you to join of a relaxing and restorative Sacred Sound Circle designed to help release stress, rebalance energy, and reconnect with inner harmony through sound vibration. The Sacred Sound Circle is an open community drum and sound circle where participants can express their creativity and use their voices as powerful tools for healing. The collective energy created through rhythm, vibration, and intention helps support healing and connection within the group.

We use a variety of instruments including drums, bells, rain sticks, singing bowls, and our voices to chant, hum, and sing mantras that promote healing, relaxation, and joy. Most instruments will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own instruments if you feel called to participate with them.

Energy Healing will also be offered by Rev. Edmund Green from Smyle's Touch.

Finding The Courage To Be...

Rev. Edmund Green, The Majestic Destiny Project

Who do you want to be and what's stopping you? In life, we all go through many different experiences. Some positive and some negative. Some bring us happiness and some give us pain. Either way, we hold on to these experiences. Sometimes, we also create an attachment to them that creates a continued cycle of conflict in our lives. So, how do we detach? How do we release? Let's explore one way that has helped me on my journey. Maybe it'll help you also. 3:30p - 4p
